AEW: Top IMPACT Wrestling tag team to debut at All out

It was revealed on AEW Dynamite that a huge trios match will take place next Sunday, September 4th, at AEW All Out. As Jay Lethal will team with one of the most respected and greatest tag teams in the world against TNT Champion Wardlow and AAA, IWGP and ROH Tag Champions FTR.

Last night on AEW Dynamite, Jay Lethal collided with Dax Harwood as both men looked to give their sides an advantage heading into All Out.

Lethal picked up the victory after rolling up Dax and securing the pinfall with the assist of grabbing Dax’s tights when the referee wasn’t looking.

Post-match saw Sonjay Dutt take to the mic to relish in his friend’s victory. However, what the AEW fans and Dax Harwood weren’t aware of was the news that came next.

Dutt revealed that he and Satnam Singh wouldn’t be teaming with Lethal at All Out, but FTR and Wardlow would be facing Lethal and one of the greatest tag teams of the modern day in The Motor City Machine Guns.

The Motor City Machine Guns consist of Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley.

Shelley and Sabin are no strangers to gold. Former 2x IMPACT World Tag Team Champions, 1X IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions, 1x ROH World Tag Team Champions as well as the AAW Tag Team Championships and the NWA International Lightweight Tag Team Championships.

MCMG’s friendship with Lethal and Dutt came from their years in TNA/IMPACT Wrestling.

Sabin and Shelley have faced and defeated some of the greatest tag teams of all time. Some of these include Team 3D/ Dudley Boyz, Beer Money (James Storm and Bobby Roode), The Young Bucks, Kevin Steen and El Generico (Known in WWE as Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn) and many more.

However, it will be the first time they face off with FTR, and a win alongside Lethal could grant them a chance to take gold or all the gold from FTR.

On the other hand, FTR will be out to add other top-tier tag teams names to their list of prestigious tag teams they have defeated.

It is unknown if Motor City Machine Guns’ All Out appearance is a one-off or if they will be regulars on the AEW roster.

You can watch AEW All Out internationally on FITE TV.
